As many of you would know the state of play regarding travel restrictions within Australia’s borders is a fluid and constantly evolving process.
Yesterday it was announced that from Monday 20 July, all South Australian border restrictions will be removed, which will mean travellers into South Australia from other states will no longer need to quarantine themselves for 14 days.
With respect to other states it is our understanding that NSW & Victorian residents will be able to visit South Australia while some restrictions still remain in place for Queensland, Tasmania and Western Australia.
There are strong signs that these remaining restrictions will be removed in the coming weeks but we will need to wait and see what transpires.
Were that to occur we are aiming to re-schedule walks for the remainder of the 2020 season for the months of August and September.
Guests wishing to re-book or join us during this shortened season would need to be able to join us at shorter notice than would normally be expected. Likewise, a degree of flexibility with the limited available departure dates may be required.
We greatly appreciate your understanding in achieving the best possible outcome for all concerned in these challenging times and will keep you posted as soon as further information comes to hand.
