Guests can savour the elegant cool-climate reds and crisp whites from Coriole Vineyards, one of McLaren Vale’s pioneers, known for its expressive Sangiovese and vibrant Vermentino. Fox Creek Wines, famous for its rich Shiraz and balanced blends, brings depth and warmth to our heartier dishes. From Battle of Bosworth, an organic vineyard with a passion for sustainability, come wines that pair beautifully with seasonal vegetables and locally sourced meats.

We also feature boutique producers such as Brocksview Estate and Allusion Wines, whose small-batch vintages capture the essence of the Fleurieu’s rolling hills and maritime influence.
